Merry CHRISTmas!!

Merry Christmas from the Zeschs

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6

Annie is working full time at House of Faith. She is also studying for her RN boards that she will be taking soon..  We love having our personal nurse around.

Joshua is 18, finishing up his senior year while working on a ranch in Sonora.

Joy is 17, a junior this year and has a job at the Mereta Cafe about 5 miles from our house.  Mereta is a very small community with a cotton gin, so Joy serves the local farmers.

Jimmie is 15, a freshman,  about to get his driving permit.  So, another one soon to be behind the wheel.  Jimmie is looking to get a deer with his bow this year.

Michael is 13, in the 7th grade.  Michael got a nice 10 point buck this season and he is European mounting it.

Matthew is 13, in the 7th grade.  Matthew has enjoyed shooting many pigs, coyotes and rabbits. He's still looking for a big buck.

Joy, Jimmie, Michael and Matthew are volunteering at House of Faith and helping with their back yard bible clubs.

Stella is 11 and in the 5th grade.  Stella takes piano lessons and is becoming a beautiful pianist.

Amy is 8 and in the 2nd grade.  Amy is taking piano lessons too.  She and Stella played a duet - Away in the Manger - at their Christmas recital.

Jimmie, Michael, Matthew, Stella and Amy are all taking a private gymnastics class and love it.
The boys are throwing their round off, front flips on the tramp and have mastered their front flips on the floor.  The girls are doing beautiful cartwheels and round offs.  Sometimes they just cartwheel around the house.

Roy is building his pipeline as a Realtor in San Angelo.  He loves helping people;  find  a piece of property for a season,  their forever home , or selling their property as they move into a new one. He also enjoys raising our grass fed beef.

I love being a wife and mommy and still really enjoy putting on Heart of Motherhood Retreat in February each year.

Look us up when you are in the San Angelo area, we'd love to see you!!!

Bodenhamer Family Reunion fun

Summer time fun and reunions...  This is actually a picture from the Kothmann reunion.  The kiddos hung out while we waited for the building to open at the Mason library:)

We went to Jellystone on the Guadalupe in Kerrville this year.  They had a water park that the kids really loved.

Here's the Bodenhamer crew this year:):)  All 4 siblings, lots of children and grandchildren!!

Fun at the jump pad.  Run Kaylin, run!!!!!

Most years we take a camping trip with our church family.  This year we camped at Brownwood State Park.  It is a big blessings to kick back and enjoy each other.

Breakfast helpers.  Stella and Zac cracked about 5 dozen eggs each morning.

The grill cooks mixed up lots of pancakes!!  Yum, Yum!!!

And the boys brought home the fish!!!

We took 6 kayaks and a canoe  and they were in the water all weekend

Crystal convincing everyone that mountain oysters are YUUUUMMMYYY!!!!

Happy, sleepy, worn out littles
I do not have any pictures; however, I do have testimony to God's healing hand on this years trip.  One of the boys got bit by a rattle snake on his hand.  We prayed, oiled and marked the spot.  He and his mother headed to the hospital.  This occurred  Saturday night.  He was out of the hospital Tuesday and climbing a metal building on Wednesday to retrieve a tennis ball.  God is sooooo good!!!!!!!!!
