Merry CHRISTmas 2025


A quick update on our crew.  Annie 34, Jenny 33, Patty 31, Joy 25, Jimmie 23, Michael 21, Matthew 21, Stella 19, and Amy 16

It's hard to believe our children are the all growing up!!!!  Instead of changing diapers, we're planning weddings!!!!  We ended 2024 with  Annie and Fidel's wedding, had Michael and Sadie's in January, Patty and Gino's in August.  And Joy and Jimmie planned for 2026.  Such special celebrations!

Roy is still enjoying his real estate business Roy.RealEstate;  helping clients sell their properties or find a forever home.  Roy is wrapping up his Presidency with the San Angelo Association of Realtors for 2025.  Julie is  homeschooling Amy and finding her new with only one to school.  Julie is filling her time building Roy and Julie's Connection Codes Coaching program.   Connection Codes is a program that teaches you how to use emotions and brain science to improve your relationships.  Check out our website ZConnection.Codes

   Never a dull moment at our house with school, teenagers and grands in and out, which we love!!!!!!

Annie and Fidel and Fidel's children, Jocelyn and Trey,  are living in San Angelo.  Annie is teaching at Howard Junior College in the Nursing program.  Fidel is a Security Safe Trainer at Shannon Hospital



Jenny and Justin and their 3 girls;  Kaylin 11, Kennedy 9, and Kambry 7 live about a mile north of us.   Justin is a counselor at Lake View High School and is now a LPC .  Jenny works from home for a local realtor, homeschools their girls, trains and runs a Spartans when she can.  She and Stella also competed in a Hyrox this year.



Patty and Gino and their girls;  Eleanor 9, and Caroline 6 live in Norfolk, Virginia where Gino is currently stationed. Patty is homeschooling their girls. They are loving the beauty of Virginia and their adventure.



Joshua Kyle is basking in the presence of the Lord!  We miss Joshua everyday and talk about our Joshua stories all the time. 


Joy, engaged to Samuel Helm, is working at A-Tex Restaurant Supply as their Administrative assistant/Event Coordinator.   She and Samuel's wedding date is right around the corner,  January 10th.  We are so very excited to welcome Samuel into our family.  Samuel graduates from Angelo State University in May,  following an Economics fellowship in Washington, DC



Jimmie, engaged to Rayleigh Turner, is working for a cutting horse trainer in the Weatherford area. Jimmie and Rayleigh's wedding is scheduled in June.  So excited to welcome Rayleigh into our family too!!! Jimmie continues to jump on a bronc any chance he gets.


Michael is working for Valor Construction. Sadie works at a daycare, the Gingerbread House, as their Assistant Director.  Michael and Sadie live in San Angelo. 


Matthew is at Tarleton working on a Wildlife Management Degree.  He also works at Buffalo Wild Wings, spends as much time with his cute girlfriend Katie and gets out and hunts any chance he gets.



Stella is attending Angelo State University and participating in their Honors program.  Stella is working on her prerequisites before attending Parker University. Stella works at Triple Crown Structures on the side.  Stella and Jenny competed in a Hyrox in December and beat the time they were shooting for.  


Amy is a Sophomore this year, played Volleyball and had a great season.  Amy is working as a Barista part time at a coffee shop in Miles, a town near by.

Roy's daddy went to heaven November, 16th.  He is dancing in perfection before the Lord.  We miss him bunches and are so thankful knowing where he is.  I had to share this beautiful picture of his legacy.
